Butchko manages the project implementation and commissioning cycle for legacy system upgrades, new system installation or hybrids of both. We believe in tightly calibrated project management that anticipates and adapts to changes as they occur through the lifetime of the project to ensure that implementation phases meet each gateway on time, at or under budget, and fully prepared to move on to the next phase of the project.

What we do

Project Management

Full-cycle management of project procurement, installation, testing, acceptance and operational turnover to client.

Procurement

RFP development, instructions to bidders, pre-bid conference planning, bid accuracy/completeness review, life-cycle cost calculations

Transition to Operations

Development and issue of functional & scope specifications and expectations for the transforming designs into operational service.

Acceptance Testing

Requirements for test plan submittal and approval, preliminary testing, system specification certification and final acceptance testing.

Commissioning

Validation of all technology and process system operations, including training, documentation, and formal handoff to production.
